Marco and Berta were an absolute pleasure to work with. All queries were answered promptly and thoroughly. Berta did an excellent job helping us prepare the house for photography and inspections. Her advice and expertise were invaluable. Marco's professionalism, calm nature and encouraging words helped tremendously. His patience and understanding with our special circumstances will be forever appreciated. They both did their utmost to make the entire process run as smoothly as possible. I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

We would like to thank Riccardo from Rich & Oliva for all his effort in selling our unit in Croydon Park. We purchased the property from him and his team in 2017. We had no hesitation in using his services to sell the property as we have found his work ethic, professionalism and market knowledge second to none. Everything was done efficiently with a well executed plan. Well done Riccardo! You are highly recommended

Hi Marco, Just wanted to write a quick thank you to you and Suzanne for managing the sale of my investment property. Not only was the property management side excellent with your firm, you and Suzanne put together a great strategy to help sell within a timely manner and deal with the buyer all while managing to keep the tenant comfortable, as well as myself stress free. This was a great result and I could not be happier with your services on both ends. I would be more than happy to recommend your services.

We couldn’t be happier with our result. Our property sold for even more than we were expecting in this strong market, especially after we had it on the market with another agent only a few months ago and their best figure was three hundred thousand dollars less. We were quite pleased right from the beginning with Marco's suggestions including improvments to the presentation of the property, outlining marketing that would work and using comparable sales to justify what we felt was the right price for the home and also advised the incoming buyers of the right price range. Having the property open both Saturdays and Sundays was a real benefit to buyers, and made life much easier for ourselves. We were kept completely up to date with all the inquiries after each open home and received statistics of the online marketing during the week and even part of the marketing before it hit the market. Once the auction day came around, we had lots of registrations, a good crowd and an engaging auctioneer that kept the bids flowing. In short we couldn’t be happier with the result and services which we received.

Marco from Rich & Oliva was extremely professional and communicated consistently with me throughout the sale of my property. He also organised the styling of the property in preparation for the sale which definitely had a huge positive impact on the open inspections. Marco’s honest advice and professionalism made the entire experience positive and easy.

To whom it may concern Testimony to Marco and the team at Rich & Oliva for selling my property at 16 Eden Avenue Croydon Park. We have known Marco from Rich and Oliva real estate for almost 2 decades and this is the second property that they have sold for me. Originally, we bought 16 Eden Avenue from the firm back in 2009. When the time came to sell again, he put together a very competitive campaign and a large-scale marketing which included high-quality photography and video presentation of the property. He kept me completely informed while the property was on the market. He was able to sell the property prior to auction for a fantastic price and he kept all buyers informed along the way. I recommend Marco to anyone looking for a professional agent who understands the market very well and can negotiate well while keeping all parties happy. Marco and the team are a team you can rely on

We originally purchased our townhouse in 2016 and back then with received great service from Marco and the team! Since then we made the decision to move to Melbourne and when it was time to sell the property we needed an agent we could trust. With no hesitations we chose to go back to Marco and his the team. Suzanne and Marco put together a great marketing plan, kept us completely informed on how the progress was going, built-up a strong competitive environment and on auction day Suzanne and Marco went between the buyers and achieve a price well beyond our expectations. We couldn’t be happier with the service they offered us during the campaign and the result achieved on the day, they made the process quite easy and stressless! Jaya & James
