After 70 years of my family living at 14 Tennyson Street it was time for my mother and I to sadly put our family home on the market for sale. The emotions that came with this were challenging and confronting to say the least and despite having worked in Commercial Real Estate my whole working career I had no real understanding of what was to come and what agent we could trust to sell our beautiful and loving family home. We were lucky enough to purchase our semi at auction through Marco. As first home buyers we were very inexperienced in the process of purchasing a house. He made the process of purchasing a first home as painless as possible We have loved living in and renovating our two-bedroom semi for the past four years however with the arrival of our second daughter we have outgrown it. We were referred to Marco from Rich & Oliva from friends of ours to sell our mothers property. Upon meeting Marco we felt relaxed with him and I knew that he was the right person for the job. He was enthusiastic, experienced and willing to help. He organised all of the preparation of the property from painting, rearranging and removing some of the existing furniture and cleaning the property throughout. Once the property was ready to be placed on the market we found the photography and marketing for the property was of first class. Marco and the team’s enthusiasm didn’t waiver and even though we didn’t sell on auction day and property took longer to sell than expected they continued to work diligently up until the point where we found a buyer at the price slightly above what we are looking for and ensured settlement went through smoothly.
