I want to thank you for all your help in selling my property. I originally decided to use your firm as you have a good reputation of being experienced and knowledgeable local agents. I found you to be always available to patiently answer my questions, keeping me well informed of marketing, attendance at open house and feedback from purchasers. You communicated with managing agents of the property directly in respect of leases and obtained whatever was required from them, with no effort on my part. You were very professional and calm in dealing with last minute requests made by purchasers and my subsequent frustration. I could not have asked for more on auction day. You and your team were helpful, polite and did not rush me in any way. Your auctioneer was outstanding. He kept the bids coming and efficiently dealt with bidders straying from correct procedure. All this resulted in achieving a good result at a time when unfortunately the market is very slow. We originally met Marco from Rich and Oliva when we were selling our family‘s property. The property was first listed by another agent who wasn’t successful, however employing Marco as our second agent proved successful by his determination and persistence. When the time came to sell our investment property we had no hesitations re- employing Marco and the team from Rich & Oliva. Although the market was not ideal, Marco worked extremely hard to achieve an outcome that we desired.
