Once again, we are pleased to have chosen the team at Rich & Oliva to sell our property. We originally used the team to sell a property in Croydon Park. Now having moved to Ashbury we required selling this home there was only one choice. Through their strong presence in the Ashbury area, they did a fantastic job in selling our home. Not only Marco gave us a realistic price of what the home was worth, he did also put together a great marketing plan and stuck with it until the property was sold for a figure that we were happy with. They incorporated a good combination of the latest technology, online marketing along with old fashioned know how, to get the property sold for a great price. Rich and Oliva went above and beyond to assist me in purchasing a unit, meeting me twice outside scheduled open home viewing times to inspect the property prior to purchase, and providing access to the property on two occasions prior to settlement to inspect the unit and plan minor improvements, so I could have the property tenanted as soon as possible after completing my purchase. Agents and staff were courteous and straightforward in their dealing with me. Highly recommend their services.

Rich and Oliva sold my property, Marco was responsive with phone calls and texts and Suzanne was helpful and quickly responded to emails. It was easy to organise marketing photos and layout in preparation for the open inspections. Marco provided suggestions on how to prepare our home for the sale and made it easy for us by visiting us at home to discuss the valuation and just prior to the first inspection. When the time came to sell our home of 27 years we immediately contacted Marco. Having had a previous professional experience with Rich & Oliva involving another property a few years ago, we had no desire to make contact with any other agency. Marco was good enough to field some of our initial calls while on a family weekend away, & once our home was listed the whole marketing & inspection process went very smoothly. We were kept informed of progress at all times. The property was subsequently sold prior to auction, a process which involved Marco carrying out some negotiations outside of normal business hours. Overall the transaction was seamless, professional, & we have no hesitation in recommending Marco to anybody whom may be considering either purchasing or selling. All the best.

At the start of the process, you provided us with a realistic expectation for the sale price of the property and at auction you achieved the price that we were very pleased with. We were also very pleased that you arranged for the rubbish removal from the garage which was a big job and provided mowing services prior to the sale which added to the value of the property at the auction.
