First Experience at auction was nerve wrecking, but the team at Rich and Oliva were very professional, the way they communicated clearly from the beginning and their calmness through the process. The team did have a role in preparing the property, our family home was cluttered and they organized a stylist, a gardener and a cleaner. The house was open for inspection when COVID-19 restrictions took place and Marco had a plan in place which he communicated with us immediately and thereafter we had private inspections. The agency informed us of all offers and discussed with us the market, current value of the property. They did not push pressure on us to make a decision, they allowed us to take on their advice and come to a decision ourselves. The Auction went extremely well as it was during COVID-19 Pandemic, we did expect that the house potentially might not sell, however, Marco and his team worked extremely hard on auction day and we got what we wanted.
