The selling team of Matt Nolan, Marco and Riccardo Errichiello were always extremely friendly and thorough in their dealings and general association with us. Their timelines and overall strategy for the sale were clearly outlined. We never felt rushed and they were always willing to carefully answer all our questions. We particularly appreciated the follow up calls that Matthew made to us immediately after each open day to tell us how many people had attended and what their general comments were. Matthew always followed upthese initial phone calls a few days later with a full written report covering each potential buyer, requests for contracts and general market statistics.
