We originally met Marco from Rich and Oliva when we were selling our family‘s property. The property was first listed by another agent who wasn’t successful, however employing Marco as our second agent proved successful by his determination and persistence. When the time came to sell our investment property we had no hesitations re- employing Marco and the team from Rich & Oliva. Although the market was not ideal, Marco worked extremely hard to achieve an outcome that we desired. He showed excellent negotiation skills after the auction to increase the buyers offer on a number of occasions without placing any pressure on us to sell and, as a result, sold the property under auction conditions on the Saturday enabling us to purchase. After 70 years of my family living at 14 Tennyson Street it was time for my mother and I to sadly put our family home on the market for sale. The emotions that came with this were challenging and confronting to say the least and despite having worked in Commercial Real Estate my whole working career I had no real understanding of what was to come and what agent we could trust to sell our beautiful and loving family home.
