I picked Marco Errichillo out of the local paper after reading his descriptions of properties he had for sale. I did the various research after that eg. Office location, sales record, listings etc etc. i invited Marco for a chat way before my property was going up for sale and found him to be someone who was happy to listen and answer all my questions without imposing his will. The day of the auction they were everywhere, attentive pleasent and reassuring. Now my house is sold, i am happy with the outcome and can highly recommend Marco and his team at Rich and Oliva. I could not recommend the rich n Oliva team highly enough. Armando has been my property manager for the past seven years and during that period I found everything to be easy, well-managed and the follow through on repairs and maintenance was exceptional.
