Excellent marketing and photography of the property... Excellent dealing with the tenant to negotiate access for photos and inspections. Disappointed with Marc'o's negotiation of the price.. He e-mailed the purchasers saying I "suggested an increase in price".. That was a very weak attempt at negotiation of a suitable price and I felt we may have lost a few $1000 there as of course the purchaser said they couldn't offer more.

You explained everything to me in simple terms either in person or on the phone, and then you followed everything up in writing. You gave me a plan from the beginning that explained the entire process from the start of negotiations until the completion of the sale, including open house dates, advertising, costs, the Auction details and any other relevant details that I needed to know. You made yourself available at all times on your mobile, and you answered calls, texts and emails very promptly.
