Selling a home can be a stressful experience. Stevan was so engaged and helpful that he made the process clear, manageable and stress free. Stevan went above and beyond to help us sell our house and find another. He brought a human touch to what could have been a very dry commercial process. Stevan was wonderful to deal with.

The reason we choose Richard and his team to sell our mother's home was that we found Richard as authentic, trustworthy, had great knowledge of the area and the current market situation. Richard and his team had developed an expert strategy to obtain the best price as well as spelling out how and when they would communicate with us. Throughout the whole process he was professional, confident and proactive which made the whole process much less stressful. Richard and his team managed potential buyers very well and secured a sale price above our expectations. I highly recommend Richard.

Selling our home after 23yrs was emotional & after talking with many agents we meet Stevan who had a different approach. He took the time to understand our personal situation & genuinely cared about what we wanted to achieve. Steven quickly built trust & worked hard during the campaign to seek buyers, he made sure we understood the process & gave regular updates. We sold at auction well above our expectations & he even arranged a coffee cart on the day - fantastic result & we are very happy! So if you want an experienced professional agent we highly recommend Stevan who goes above & beyond - he even helped us find a new home coming to auctions & home opens. He is a genuine nice guy who enjoys helping others - thank you Stevan!

I want to give a special shoutout to my seller's agent, Ken! He helped me sell my apartment at a price that exceeded my expectations, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Ken's enthusiasm and professionalism were truly remarkable. He was always patient in answering my questions and reassured me not to worry, as he would do everything possible to secure the highest price. Throughout the process, I felt complete trust in him, and his attention to detail and dedication made me feel at ease. Additionally, the furniture arranged by the staging company Ken recommended was absolutely stunning, adding tremendous appeal to the apartment and leaving a lasting impression on potential buyers. It was an absolute pleasure working with Ken, and I highly recommend him and the staging company he suggested!

I was extremely pleased with the services provided by Ken (Hiroyoshi) Miyagawa of Richard Matthews Real Estate Strathfield, in relation to the property we purchased recently. Ken’s prompt response to all clarifications we required, his professionalism at every stage including providing accurate information from when we were initially shown the apartment right up to settlement was outstanding. I would have no hesitation recommending Ken and his team at Richard Matthews Strathfield, to my friends who are interested in leasing or purchasing property.

Ken "worked his guts out" to ensure that my property reached as many potential buyers as possible. My property became his second home, with both private showings and Open Houses. I'm not clear when he slept - always answered the phone, checked details with me, and kept in contact. I always knew what was happening and never had to "chase him down". He provided great advice based on many years' experience.

Matt and his team worked very hard to achieve the best possible result for us in the “buyer’s market” condition. He is professional, knows his trade very well and has guided us throughout the whole process with ease. He gained our trust at the first appointment and we were also able to build a great rapport with him due to his friendly nature, which I appreciated a lot. Would highly recommend his services to anyone who is thinking of selling.
