Complete professional. Lucas let us through as he was closing up and we thank him so much for letting us through. Even though it made him late to his next open. If he didn't give us the extra 10mins to see the house, didn't rush us or push us. If he didn't take the time, might have ended up buying somewhere else. But we were fortunate enough to land the house after falling in love with for the first view.
