Matthew was very upfront and precise on what we needed to do to achieve the optimum sale price for our property. I can not recommend Matthew and his team high enough for the work they put in to make the sale. Thanks again Matthew for all your hard work.

Together with my aged father, we approached Matthew Everingham of Richard Matthews Real Estate to sell the family home. Through the years we have found their knowledge of real estate, their honesty and courtesy to have excelled our expectations. We worked with Cherry Zheng, Matthew Everingham and Tarun as they guided us through the process. Cherry's regular updates of 'opens' at our property, gave us an idea of how the sale was progressing. They treated my father with respect, realising his age (91), worked hard and deligently and were always on time. I recommend them with no hesitation whatsoever. There was no dissatisfaction on our part at any time through the process. We wish them great success in their business.

Mathew and his agency were both helpful and considerate in the sale of my Ashfield unit. Their knowledge of the inner west area and the clientele base helped enormously and i would recommend him and his support team to anyone seeking professional guidance and support.

Ken sold my property quickly. I found him to be trustworthy, energetic and professional. He tirelessly worked on the 4-week marketing campaign for my property and it was sold prior to the auction for a good price. I was very satisfied with his overall service. Thank you very much Ken.

Matthew and Richard made a dynamic duo at the online auction of our property and worked tirelessly with Tarun and his Team to get the best outcome possible on the day. Matthew was courteous and attentive, providing knowledgeable and sound strategic support at our regular catch ups throughout the campaign. We could not have asked for more from Matthew and Team who worked hard for us and didn't stop until the hammer fell. We would happily use Richard Matthews Real Estate for our future needs.

Ken gave us a smooth selling experience like no other. He knows the market inside out and offered us advices that proved to be gold. Our unit was sold within two weeks in a highly competitive area, where the other similar properties were listed for over a couple of months, and at a price that we were really happy with. During the whole process, we felt like we were in safe hands and there was not a thing in the world to worry about. Ken is also responsive, diligent and a pleasure to work with, and it feels like we're his only clients based on how quickly and smoothly things were moving along. His services are at such a high standard and I would recommend him to all my family and friends.
