I chose Richard and the team to sell my home as they had been able to sell some homes in my area when other real estate agents couldn't. When meeting Richard he was very professional in his approach and honest and straightforward with the information he provided. When I signed RIchard told me he will be contacting buyers he had on his data base. True to his word we had 5 inspections before the first open house. Out of this we received 2 great offers.
