Jackson was the agent for our recent purchase of a unit in Alexandria. From the moment we first walked into the property to the day he handed over the keys Jackson was fantastic. Jackson is: - Really knowledgeable about the unit and unit block - was able to answer questions such as how many units there are in the block (given this was a mortgage condition from our lender) and other questions which agents haven't always been able to answer! - Communications - very responsive, from offer negotiations to access to the property, Jackson was quick to text or call back. It was never difficult to get hold of him. - Personal touches - personal advice on the changes we wanted to make to the property (completely out of his scope of role!!), taking photos of us putting the sold sign up, to organising non-alcoholic celebratory drinks (suitable for pregnant ladies!!) for us when we got the keys - Jackson went completely above and beyond and made the entire experience really enjoyable for us!
