Good support and communication, however disappointed with the fail short of price compared the agency agreement price range of $2.4 to $2.6M. $2.4 sets the expectation. $150K short of the low estimate is disappointing and would be better to rate lowed and with a bigger range. Then over deliver.

So, what can I say, this is the final RichardMatthews and Phan/Tran dynasty. Our journey began back in June 2016 when we bought a property from RichardMatthews.
