Such attributes are critical to a successful sale, as are the honesty and objectivity demonstrated by Richard throughout the sales process. Richard displayed an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the property market, the various aspects of successfully taking a property through the selling process and liaising with different types of people. Richard’s professionalism was consistent, as was his feedback after each open day. To have the property sell prior to auction was a welcomed bonus. Matthew, Richard and his team were our dream agents. We envisaged a suburb record for our charming old 2 storey terrace. It was achieved. From the instant that they arrived we were struck by their enthusiasm, professionalism and "can do" approach to the marketing and eventual auction of our home. They explained each step carefully and assembled a team of professionals to best represent us. They kept us fully informed of all buyers and issues every few days and by the time of the auction itself we were confident of an exciting result. We couldn't be happier with the price at auction and they carefully guided us and the eventual delightful couple who purchased to a mutually satisfactory agreement. The team came from Strathfield and really showed the local agents from Enmore/Marrickville/Newtown that stunning results were possible in Marrickville if everyone pulled together and played their part.
