Complete professional. Lucas let us through as he was closing up and we thank him so much for letting us through. Even though it made him late to his next open. If he didn't give us the extra 10mins to see the house, didn't rush us or push us. If he didn't take the time, might have ended up buying somewhere else. Richard went out of his way to keep me informed every time we had an open house, within an hour I had a phone call telling me of the potential buyers. He was very professional every time he had people through my home - nothing was moved in all the time people came through. The house was closed and locked at all times when he left.
