Matthew from RichardMatthews is the agency that you want to go to if you want to sell your property at high price. It was a long journey for us to sell the house from conception to auction, it took almost 2 years due to various reasons but Matthew was very professional, giving good advises throughout the years. Matthew's team was very professional, his team is delicated and I was in loop during the entire process. I went through 3 different agents and 2 of them advised private sale, only RM advised to go auction, other agents would not have achieved anything near the result that RM has given us, they've left no money behind like they've promised. At the end the property was sold more than 10% over the reserved price, (and the reserved price was reasonably high), we couldn't be happier.

During the auction campaign Jackson has called me each and every time after scheudled inspection keeping me updated. Unlike ohter lazy agents, Jackson does his job and follow up on every potential buyers from day one to the auction, they don't just do run inspections and hope for the best, this agency build up the purchasing momentum all the way to auction and they had a good idea on how many people were going to bid. When it finally went under the hammer, the result went 10% over the reserved price, which is all it mattered. I went through 3 different agents and 2 of them advised private sale, only Jackson advised auction, other agents would not have achieved anything near the result that Jackson has gave us, RichardMatthew has left no money behind like they've promised.

We were looking for an agent to sell our mother's house. For Georges Hall we had seen that most listings and sales were through Richard Matthews REA. They were the only agent we called and we were immediately impressed with them from the first meeting. They ran a smooth marketing campaign, had great communication with us and drove serious interest in the home. Together we set a reasonable reserve, got the place cleaned up before the auction (advice on what to do and what not to do was spot on) and qualified buyers. On auction day they were flawless... 17 registered bidders and a final sale price $102k above reserve. Fantastic.

As soon as my husband and I sat down with Jackson, it became very evident that he was enthusiastic, determined and honest. We had no hesitation in choosing him as our agent. During our four week campaign Jackson kept us constantly in the loop, and offered only advice that was in our best interest. Despite my persistent nerves he was always approachable and worked diligently to ensure that we felt secure (as best you can!) all the way through. On auction day, we had the support of not only Jackson but a large number of the Richard Matthews team, including the two directors. Jackson diligently worked throughout the auction, offering us and the buyers continual lines of communication. I first met Cherry on the auction day and it was the time I saw the property too. The accurate information Cherry gave me on the day let me made up mind to get the property on the day. I won the auction at the end. Throughout the settlement process, Cherry and the other agent Ken have been friendly and supportive. The vendor was very patient too. I inspected the property twice before inspection and Cherry was there each time for the duration of the inspection. The vendor gave us very thorough run through of the property including the maintenance of the pool. After settlement, Cherry was still in communication with the vendor to help me with some further inquiry.
