These guys have been extremely helpful throughout the entire marketing process until the completion of the auction. They have demonstrated knowledge of the property market within the area as well as excellent negotiation skills on the day of the auction. What we have enjoyed the most about working with Ken and his team are the regular updates and feedback from prospective borrowers. There were regular communications from Ken to us about what prospective purchasers are looking for as well as transparency of any prior to auctions offers.
