Good support and communication, however disappointed with the fail short of price compared the agency agreement price range of $2.4 to $2.6M. $2.4 sets the expectation. $150K short of the low estimate is disappointing and would be better to rate lowed and with a bigger range. Then over deliver.

So, what can I say, this is the final RichardMatthews and Phan/Tran dynasty. Our journey began back in June 2016 when we bought a property from RichardMatthews. From there, their honesty, integrity and fighting spirit has inspired us to trust in them to auction or sale 4 of our other properties either belonging to us or our relatives. Spear headed by Matthew and Richard and with their armies of team mainly Ken, Jackson, Patrick and Kevin and so on...., they conquer suburbs from Belfield to Granville and Merrylands, even as far as Liverpool. No one puts trust in an agent like we have. Merrylands was the most difficult and hardest of the lot to sale, how they did it and with an amazing price is beyond me. Matthew and Jackson Cox kept us up to date with interest from potential buyers, provided timely feedback and were flexible, working around our schedules regarding inspection times. Ken was a great support for me as a buyer. I found the property quite close to the auction date, but he was right on to all requests I had including individual inspection time and helping with contract and inspection reports, plus was super quick with all of my questions too. He really helped me get over the line on auction day! It was an enjoyable experience overall, and all of the information he gave me pre-purchase was spot on, so I got no nasty surprises post purchase. It is a big decision and it was nice to have him helping me through the process.
