Matthew Everingham took over the sale of my property after I had major issues with a previous agent. Services and manners extremely valued. Answer as much as possible about questions we have about 21 Patricia street, Belfield. One of those agent which I can see to do the right thing to all customers eg. if it goes to auction, the agent didn't sell it before hand without letting us know. Very concern for us even after the property is sold eg. what the old owner will leave behind for us in the house. The only agent I know that provides FREE coffee on auction day. Very good service
