We have come across a few real estate agents over the years and in our opinion Matthew and Ken have "top them all". My husband was against me choosing Matthew at first because he had promised another real estate agent to represent us if we were to sell a few years back. However, at the end, Matthew and Ken won him over and rescued me from being bombarded. It was by word of mouth we have come across these gentlemen - real gentlemen. Matthew and Ken visited us on 4 occasions (4 weeks before the auction) and on each occasion explained the process as we come across them gradually and patiently answering all our questions in layman terms. Nothing was too rushed and they were ON TIME every time, without fail - with a smile and in no way pushing us through these processes until we were ready. We would have loved to gotten higher bids for our property, but reality is reality - it was still over our reserve. Now that we are looking for something to buy to move into after selling our place, we are so hoping that Matthew would have something in our budget to purchase into because of our great experience with him. Services and manners extremely valued. Answer as much as possible about questions we have about 21 Patricia street, Belfield. One of those agent which I can see to do the right thing to all customers eg. if it goes to auction, the agent didn't sell it before hand without letting us know. Very concern for us even after the property is sold eg. what the old owner will leave behind for us in the house. The only agent I know that provides FREE coffee on auction day. Very good service
