Claire worked in her ever cheerful manner to organise a new tenant as soon as she found out the old tenant would not be renewing their contract. With regular updates on new applications, a new tenant was selected and ready to move in as soon as the previous one moved out. Happy tenants and no vacancy between contracts.

Richardson Real Estate is just excellent!. You won't be disappointed as they have exceptional customer service and a good team of property managers. I was living in Melbourne CBD and got a new job in Colac. I had about a month to find a new place in Colac, and coming to inspect every property from Melbourne was difficult. The property managers help me inspect the suitable properties virtually without any hassle. I especially thank Claire and Sam for helping us find a new home.
