Claire worked in her ever cheerful manner to organise a new tenant as soon as she found out the old tenant would not be renewing their contract. With regular updates on new applications, a new tenant was selected and ready to move in as soon as the previous one moved out. Happy tenants and no vacancy between contracts.

Richardson Real Estate is just excellent!. You won't be disappointed as they have exceptional customer service and a good team of property managers. I was living in Melbourne CBD and got a new job in Colac. I had about a month to find a new place in Colac, and coming to inspect every property from Melbourne was difficult. The property managers help me inspect the suitable properties virtually without any hassle. I especially thank Claire and Sam for helping us find a new home.

We have been lucky enough to purchase and then lease our two properties with Richardson Real Estate in Colac. Troy was a great agent during the purchase process and since we've been renting our properties under their charge, we've found them to be responsive, efficient and friendly. They've always had our tenants interests at heart as well as our own - something we very much appreciate as we want our tenants to be happy. I highly recommend their services.

We've been owners with Richardsons for the past 13 months. They were great through the purchasing process and have been equally great since then, administrating the rental of our property. When our tenant broke his lease, Karlie was great in chasing him up till we were happy with the amount of bond retained. Since then, the team have been immensely patient with our messing them about with timelines, after recently completing a renovation on the property. When we finally handed over the property to them to get it back on the market, they had an excellent tenant within 2 hours of listing it on their site. The photography is amazing. We are very happy with Karlie and Rochelle's work. Thanks so much team!

We recently bought an investment property through Richardson Real Estate Colac. We first dealt with Troy, who sold us the property. Troy was professional, prompt and went over and beyond to assist us. We also appointed the agency to deal with the rental of the property. Shannon, the property manager, was on the job straight away! She was very thorough in explaining the procedures and also, in reviewing the rental applications. She managed to get the property rented upon settlement! What a fantastic team! Thank you Troy and Shannon!!!
