My wife and I bought the property from Troy at HF Richardson in 2012 as an investment. From the very beginning Richardson looked after the property with good reliable tenants that are still there. When we decided to sell property in August 2021 we were in lock down with the Pandemic, but Troy assured us that everything would work out fine. Through his knowledge, professionalism and determination, Troy achieved a result that left my wife and I stunned. We thought that if we could get the asking price that Troy recommended and advertised it wold be an achievement as that was double the price we paid for it 9 years earlier. When Troy came to see us 2 weeks after it went onto the market we were offered nearly 30% more than the asking price as there were many interested parties vying for the property. The result was absolutely fantastic for my wife and I. I have known Troy for many years and also bought our living residence of him as well as recommending friends who also bought properties from him and have been very happy with the result. The whole process took about 7 weeks from start to finish and Troy always communicated with us every step of the way.
