My first impression, as an experienced purchaser / investor (and former Real Estate agent) was that I was just a number, an "out of towner". However I think once Jake realised that we were professional investors, and knew what we were all about, and that we understood the market, and industry, Jake stepped up and and became a reliable and trustworthy agent (not that he was ever untrustworthy), he just wasn't fully aware of our knowledge and strategies.
