Troy had an excellent knowledge of the Colac market. I was positively surprised by his initial valuation range for the property I was selling and wondered whether this was just a ploy to win my business. But I was absolutely wrong - Troy sold the property within the range he had initially discussed. He is also a very good listener. I had some specific requirements about how I wished to be engaged during the sales process. After I explained these to Troy I never had to mention my requirements again.
