Troy was very efficient and active when selling our property. We felt extremely comfortable leaving our property in his hands. The only minor negative I would have is we should have taken the first offer, which was at the sale price. Sadly we eventually sold our property for 10k less which was both our fault and the agents. We collectively thought we could get more than the sale price due to the interest in the property, but all fell through. A risk in all sales.
