Once we made our decision to go with Mark we never looked back. The sale process was smooth, clear and effective. Mark clearly knows his area, communicates often and well and kept the sale moving despite Covid 19. The sequencing of what had to be done, when and how to get the unit on the market and then tenanted during the sale process was trouble free with little down time.
