Mark did really well to sell my property. The ultimate result is above my reservation price, and make me happy. Mark is very professional in terms of executing the market campaign, setting up strategies, and managing seller/ buyers unlikely. I am highly recommend Mark for other people who wants to make a deal in the property market, and I will use him in future if the opportunity present.

We have used Mark to both buy and sell our apartment. He has a great knowledge of the area & is professional, approachable & honest. Mark & Caroline gave us great advice on the sale of our property & communicated clearly with us throughout the process. We would not hesitate to use them again & can't recommend them more highly. He achieved a great result for us & we appreciate his hard work & support.

Mark was the Vendor's agent on two Waterloo units we were interested in. Mark and Caroline were very responsive and timely in dealing with all our information requests and clearly communicated the Vendor's position for each property. While disappointed to lose out on the first one, we were successful on the second. Both were sales pre-auction and Mark achieved great results for the the Vendors while leaving us as a purchaser feeling (in both cases) we had been given all the information we needed and had participated on a level playing field with other interested parties.

I have just sold my apartment through Mark Dawes at Richard & Wrench, Alexandria. I contacted Mark because I remembered him from when I was hunting for a home years before - he was one of the few agents who spoke realistically and honestly to me. My experience selling my apartment with Mark was exactly what one should expect. At all stages of the process, Mark and Caroline were honest, practical, professional, communicative, on time, and generally extremely helpful (like assisting with finding handymen, painters, cleaners etc.). They provided guidance throughout the process with recommendations on what I needed to do to present the property in the best light, open homes, and what auctioneer we should use. The whole process was extremely smooth with Mark communicating often and in-depth on what was happening at each stage. I have been extremely happy with both the end-to-end process of selling my apartment and the result that was achieved. I would not hesitate to recommend Mark.

Mark Dawes at Richardson and Wrench Alexandria Waterloo, leads a team that provides impeccable advice and service. They recently sold our investment unit at Waterloo. Mark advised us on all aspects of refurbishment and his contacts are exceptional. Our unit was carpeted on a Monday morning, styled that afternoon, photographed Tuesday morning and on the market by Wednesday afternoon. The first open day was the following Saturday and a buyer from that viewing made an offer by the following Friday and we exchanged on Monday. It was a whirlwind but Mark and his assistant Caroline Maheu were available with help at every stage. This was our one and only investment property that we had owned for 18 years, so the process of marketing and selling is foreign to us. Our advice is simple. Take Mark’s advice!

I have dealt with some 20 agents over several decades. I selected Mark and his team as I felt they understood and could deliver on my high expectations and I feel confident now rating Mark and the team as one of the most no nonsense, quick acting, result oriented agents I have experienced. They acted with speed and diligence Flash Gordon would have been proud of.

Mark is the ultimate professional. He gave me great service in what was a difficult time for myself following the death of my wife. Mark provided excellent advice and he presented the property in immaculate condition. His work resulted in me achieving a price above my expectations. I would have no hesitation in recommending Mark to any prospective sellers.

Mark was a pleasure to do business with; he was at all times courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. I was most impressed with the way he was able to organise various tradesmen to come into the property to prepare it for sale within a very short time period, thereby ensuring that the period during which we were receiving no rent was as short as possible. I would be happy to recommend him to anyone wishing to sell their property.
Mark Dawes
Mark and his team went above and beyond to accomodate first time vendors. The patience and guidance provided during the process of the sale was outstanding. Nothing was too difficult for Mark and he was there with us every step of the way. Truly genuine and honest, a rarity in the real estate industry. Incredible market knowledge and strong marketing strategies. Highly recommend Mark and his team.
