Mark was very knowledgeable about the local Market and has taken time over the years to update me on where my unit sat in relation to saleability and pricing. I had no hesitation in engaging Mark who not only sold the unit quickly but arranged all the renovations prior to sale and gave me step by step updates on viewings and feedback.

Throughout the purchasing process, Mark was extremely professional. He regularly kept me in the loop with regards to updates and developments and even went out of his way to arrange extra viewing appointments. Mark had a great knowledge of the apartment that I purchased, and never tired of our questions and queries. I would highly recommend Mark as a selling agent.

The process of selling my daughter's unit was made much easier with the contacts and experience that Mark had. He was there right at the beginning with ideas on the selling process to achieve a fair price. Mark helped with removalist details and any other small thing if he couldn't sort himself he had the contacts to achieve it. The unit was on the market for 3 weeks during which time Mark kept in regular contact even though the weather was against him. I would be very happy to recommend Mark as the result was very satisfying.

As a first time home buyer over a decade ago, a first time landlord years ago, and a first time vendor recently, I've valued Mark's honest advice and guidance in every step over the years. A reliable agent I'll happily use again.
