Richardson & Wrench Wilston/Windsor is one of Queensland’s oldest and most trusted real estate offices, established in 1984, by Tom Nugent, a former president of the REIQ and a retired member of the business. R&W Brisbane have the distinction of being the first real estate franchise in Queensland and most currently the only real estate office in Brisbane’s suburb of Windsor. For the past 10 years, the company has been headed by Paul and Ann Nugent, who have continued the tradition of excellence in service while expanding beyond the commercial and industrial sectors for which it was renowned. Today, R&W Wilston/Windsor is a leader in residential sales and property management as well as project marketing with established systems in place for the assessment of property value, formulation of effective and cost-efficient print and on-line marketing collateral and strategies, and the conduct of sale whether by auction or private treaty. The company has been separated into three definitive divisions those being; Richardson & Wrench Wilston/Windsor for Residential; Richardson & Wrench Commercial Brisbane North for Commercial and Australian Childcare Brokers for Childcare Business & Investment Sales for a more precise service for the customer. The combined 42 years of real estate experience of the two principals is a critical factor in the success of R&W Brisbane, with many clients and customers of more than 30 years standing.
