I have found it very smooth communication and brilliant help for first time renting a property.

Very responsive to communication and made the letting process seem very easy.

Candice was an excellent communicator, got a tenant in under 7days and she went the extra mile. Assisted with handover inspection Assisted with purchasing watering equipment for the property - invested her personal time.

I've nothing but good things to say about Ana from Denovans. She was very quick to assess my property, and arranged trades people to quickly attend to a number of jobs to get the unit to the standard I wanted. Open days were arranged very quickly and I had a tenant in the property three weeks after making contact. Ana really went above and beyond, and I highly recommend her and the Denovans team.

Working with Denovan's has been an absolute pleasure from start to finish. The initial sign-up process was seamless, thanks to Nicola's efficient assistance. From there, I was introduced to Ashlee as my dedicated property manager, and I couldn't be more impressed. While the entire Denovan's team is fantastic, Ashlee truly stands out. Her attention to detail, prompt responsiveness, knowledge of the market has made a real difference for us, and her positive attitude has made our partnership a pleasure. It's clear that Ashlee as our property manager is committed to helping achieve our shared goals. I highly recommend Denovan's services to anyone in need of a top-tier and fuss free property management.

Amy and the team were very responsive and helpful for our first landlord experience. They made the process easy and really demonstrated their knowledge of the local market.
