Adele was prompt for the inspection, she showed us through the house, explaining things along the way & then gave us plenty of quiet time to look by ourselves but was there to answer any questions we had. Adele is friendly & professional

A great result, clear communication of what Adel would do, a great follow through and a sale confirmed in a few days even as news suggested prices were falling. Professional, expert, sensible, friendly and quietly efficient. Thanks

I got to know about Adele from my neighbour who recommended me her as a successful , experienced real estate agent. And turning to her for help in my project to sell my house and buy a smaller one was the prefect choice indeed . Adele and Lewis took on the board all my needs , resources and massive anxiety I had when I entered the sale . They were not only highly professional and also kind > friendly. I could communicate with them at any time / phone or email or just calling on the office . Sale and purchase of my new place went smoothly and quickly. I was happily surprised. I feel happy . I will strongly recommend Adele and Lewis and her team at R&W in Blackheath to anyone who ask me : Eryk do you know any good real estate agent ? I wish Adele and Lewis and all staff at R & W to continue their excellent work .

Adele has been wonderful to work with - a competent, honest real estate agent with great expertise in the local area and a lovely warm person. I greatly appreciate her understanding when working with my elderly mother to sell her home during a transition to retirement living where Adele did all she could to make this as stress free as possible. She was also able to give great advice when we needed it.

I found Adele Coleman to be very knowledgeable of the market and willing to share her experience. She was also flexible and offered suggestions on the marketing of my property. I would happily refer family and friends to her.

Adele and her team helped me through the difficult process of selling my late mother's house. I was out of Australia for much of the sale and the whole task was made easier and better with a positive, attentive and professional manner. Adele was able help me navigate an unfamiliar market and we achieved a smooth and speedy sale, including a sped-up exchange and settlement period which was perfect. Hearty thanks to Adele and all at R&W, Blackheath!

Adele Colman is an outstanding and expert Real Estate agent. Some while ago she gave us excellent advice when we bought a house via her. Adele took a lot of time and trouble to show us a range of alternatives with efficiency and accuracy in detail. We were very satisfied and for this reason we recently asked Adele to sell our house in Blackheath. She responded immediately to our first enquiry and gave us a considered and - as it turned out - accurate estimate of what the property was worth. Her advice on marketing was comprehensive and excellent, and the photos that she herself took represented the property clearly and accurately. Her suggestions for people who could help us prepare the property for the market proved thoroughly satisfactory. Adele kept in touch regularly and always the same day after every showing and she was successful in securing the sale in a very short time in what was rapidly becoming a more difficult market. Finally, she helped us with choosing a very good removalist. Adele Colman and the members of her team at R & W Blackheath were helpful, friendly, efficient and thoroughly professional throughout and gave us help beyond the call of duty. We felt that during the whole process we were being looked after by a trusted friend, and afterwards we remarked that we just wish we had another house to sell. Through Adele Colman and R & W Blackheath, of course.
