We have had a long association with Richardson and Wrench Blackheath, in fact over 25 years. Adele has successfully assisted the family with the marketing and sale of a number of properties, the leasing and maintenance of a long term rental property and on many occasions made herself and a team member available for very helpful market and development opinions. We have found Adele always positive, frank, practical and in a while being calm and relaxed, highly professional. With the recent sale of our long term rental property, finding the right time to market the property as well as understanding what investment in marketing options would return the highest proceeds was a situation where you need to be able to trust the agent, and post sale we feel that we had the right guidance. Of course understanding the value of the property in the current market, again is a time when you need an agent 'on the ball', and Adele was able to assure us of the property value with sufficient clarity of a listing range and the proposed marketing plan. We feel that the plan was executed exactly as proposed, and that the sale was made efficiently with the parameters that we had given the agency. Adele has put together a great team to support her efforts.
