My house has been on the market to sell for almost one year. During that times there had been a number of viewings and an offer which I did not accept. Recently the viewings have decreased due to Covid 19. Anzac Day 25 April we had 3 viewings one of whom made an offer which was increased with Adele’s negotiation skills. Acccepted and contracts exchanged 9 days later. Very pleasing.

Adele, was vary helpfully. Her calm relaxed demeanour made the whole process no fuss and far less stress full. She also assisted us in entertaining my 4 year old so that my partner and I could walk around the property and discuss our thoughts.
