Adele and her team at Blackheath Richardson and Wrench provided excellent guidance and ideas to maximize the potential for the sale of our family home in Blackheath. Although some challenges and hurdles needed to be overcome, Adele and Lewis were sensitive and professional and their experience and wisdom carried us through the process. We are very pleased with the outcome and can move on with satisfaction that we have achieved a good price for our parents investment. Thank you Adele and Lewis and the office team.

Adele and Lewis are an absolute pleasure to work with. Their initial appraisal, helpful advice, care and attention to detail were honest and attentive. Adele has a thorough knowledge of the area, and a comprehensive understanding and respect for Blackheath, and she gave me a realistic price sale expectation which was respected, and achieved. I felt very comfortable leaving my special home in their capable hands, and would highly recommend Adele and her team to find me a home and sell for me again.

I chose Adele to sell my house in Blackheath recently. I was living away from Blackheath and was difficult to manage readying the house for sale. Adele and trusty sidekick Lewis went above and beyond organising tradies and even doing a spot of gardening themselves! I have known Adele for many years and knew I could rely on her local knowledge and expertise and my trust bore fruit. Thank you Adele!

We chose Adele and Lewis from R &W Blackheath to sell my mother-in-law’s home in August 2020. From our first interaction Adele displayed focus, knowledge and thoughtful strategies that led us to choose to work with R&W above other agents. The results have exceeded our expectations, with an offer well above expectations being made within a week of the house being listed. The family have all commented that they have never worked with such helpful agents before. I highly recommend Adele to anyone looking to list property in the Blackheath area.

We bought a property in the mountains through Adele and the purchase involved some difficult and sensitive negotiations. Adele was professional and very fair throughout the process, from the first inspection, through the negotiations, right down to helping with details about property information, inspections and providing documentation. I would recommend Adele for any property sales or purchases in the Blue Mountains.

Adele was charming from the moment we met her. She made the whole process so easy. She was honest, prompt with responses and up front with us all the way. Any additional requests asked of her were no problem. We trusted Adele from the start. We were very lucky we had Adele to assist us to buy our property. The whole transaction was very smooth.

The NSW Covid 19 lockdown started the weekend of our first scheduled open house! Despite this setback, Adele went the extra mile arranging private inspections for prospective buyers. When a potential buyer was found, Adele and Lewis were outstanding in arranging extra inspections to satisfy the buyers questions. Communication was excellent, we always knew exactly where the process was up to at all times. Adele and Lewis provided us with outstanding assessments of the buyers position, allowing us to make informed decisions that culminated in a successful sale.

We were a bit apprehensive about putting our house on the market given the current uncertainties surrounding COVID-19. Adele gave us excellent advice about the current market and the confidence to proceed. She clearly has vast experience in the Blackheath market and the local area. We have had an excellent professional relationship with Adele and her team from the time we purchased the house from her 10 years ago and in managing the house as a rental. The process of selling the house was very straightforward and stress free. Thanks to Adele for a great experience and an excellent result.
