I’m so glad that I decided to choose Richardson and Wrench, Blackheath to sell my house on my behalf. Both Adele and Lewis are great ambassadors for the industry and I would recommend them to anyone. I was continually kept informed about what was going on every time there was an inspection and they were very prompt with that information. The house was sold for more than the advertised price and I think the buyers were pleased with their acquistion. Thank you sincerely Adele and Lewis.

My house has been on the market to sell for almost one year. During that times there had been a number of viewings and an offer which I did not accept. Recently the viewings have decreased due to Covid 19. Anzac Day 25 April we had 3 viewings one of whom made an offer which was increased with Adele’s negotiation skills. Acccepted and contracts exchanged 9 days later. Very pleasing.

Adele, was vary helpfully. Her calm relaxed demeanour made the whole process no fuss and far less stress full. She also assisted us in entertaining my 4 year old so that my partner and I could walk around the property and discuss our thoughts. We felt Adele was honest and represented the vendor's interest in finding the right new owners well.
