Adele Colman knows Blackheath and area. She is competent, friendly and efficient. 25 odd years ago I lived in Blackheath. I sold my house through her and husband Bob, they having also managed the rental of same for some years. Choosing the correct agent was incredibly important for me as the property I was selling was very hard to value, being no other similar properties in the area. I was also aware that there had been a shift in the market and as a result buyers would be cautious. I needed an Agent that above all had the negotiation skills and patience to work with the buyer (and me!) to achieve the highest possible price. In my mind this ruled out auction only agents as they would be geared to a market that was bouyant. With these points in mind I approached Adele Coleman from Richardson and Wrench in Blackheath to market and sell my property. Right from the start of the campaign through to the finish I was impressed with Adele's attention to detail, organisation and communication. She handled the inspections in a very professional and elegant manner and always kept me informed of who had attended and the potential of each client. To say that I am happy with the result is an extreme understatement as I feel Adele achieved a sale price that was remarkable in a softening market. After working with Adele for the sale of a property a few years ago, we did not hesitate in working with her again. 18 Barratt st, Blackheath is a truly beautiful property but as our renovations were delayed the house made it to market when a negative sentiment started to take effect in Sydney. This made Adele's time and effort spent on achieving a positive outcome all the more arduous to say the least. She really gets the job done and it's been an absolute pleasure selling my house with her. I'd buy another house in Blackheath just to work with Adele again !!
