After much deliberation in choosing an agent to sell my property in Little Hartley, I chose Adele from R&W in Blackheath and I’m glad I did. Her enthusiasm and delight for my property, proved very rewarding. From the commencement of marketing the property for sale to the closure of the deal, both she and her husband Robert have been outstanding agents. The whole process has been an easy one, thanks to their expertise, knowledge of the area and strong communication skills.

Selling a home is a stressful life event. Adele's extensive experience and depth of knowledge of the property market along with her calm and empathetic personality made it all too easy. The wonderful extra assistance provided by Bob and Lisa made us feel that we had a whole team working for us. Our comments can only be brief because our working relationship was brief - we sold in the first week!

Are the words that perhaps best describe Adele Coleman who recently sold my Blackheath property, attentive and helpful without being pushy, Adele was always there to support and advise, following up and keeping the ball moving, I found with her help the whole experience was stress free and easily managed. I would highly recommend Adele to anyone wishing to buy or sell a property and have always found our collaboration uplifting and enjoyable as well as highly informative and good humoured. It is a pleasure to give Adele a top rating and the highest recommendation, with best regards, C.O'B

I found Adele to be an incredibly professional and personable agent throughout the process of getting my house ready to sell, listing it on the market, negotiating a good outcome and contact all the way through to settlement. I do not live in the location of the house and required Adele to support and help me manage the property through this time and appreciate her attention to detail, communication and follow up. I highly recommend Adele and she was a pleasure to work with.

Adele was a standout among the various agents I dealt with when looking for a Blue Mountains home. Professional and straightfoward, a good communicator. If I were selling a property, I would value her proven negotiating skills to obtain best price. Adele also has skill with the written word for property advertisement - her write-ups for boutique Blackheath homes are of a high standard. A recommended agent.
