Property was sold as a Deceased Estate - Agent handled everything from initial appraisal right through to sale and settlement with aplomb. It was entirely problem-free for the Executors, the property was efficiently and energetically presented to the market, and a final price was achieved in swift time-frame (a primary requirement) which price was nicely in excess of our lower range estimate, and entirely satisfactory to us. A great job all round, this Agent is highly recommended by me. I will use her services again for any future property transactions I may pursue. Melody Hampton (Executor of Estate)

I had an entirely positive experience using Adele Coleman to sell a block of land in the Blue Mountains. Adele is extremely competent, lovely to deal with, responsive and organized and most importantly effective. I am still a bit surprised at how quick, easy and positive the whole process has been. I chose her on the basis of sales data in the area and she confirmed my assessment that she was the best agent.

We recommend Adele Colman. During the purchase of our property we found Adele to be both knowledgeable and reassuring as well as down to earth. There was one occasion that Adele met us when we know she had a lunch at home arranged later on her day off because that was the only day Connie and I were able to be there. Adele also gave us very good advice on who to contact for additional services including a pest and building inspector (whom we would now also highly recommend). Buying (or selling) a property is a big thing with important decisions, and can be stressful. A good agent can make a very big difference. We do highly recommend Adele.

what can one say when after 3 day on the Market Adele Colman had a buyer for our home, and to top it off she worked tirelessly for this outcome when on a Sunday she interrupted her Dinner Party, to ring my Family with the good news. Adele is a remarkable Agent as well as a wonderful Women, I admire her tremendously as she sold my home as she would her own. Thank you Adele

Dear Adele, We would like to genuinely thank you for the manner in which you handled the sale of our property in Mt. Victoria. Your professionalism and negotiation skills were very much at the fore and were evident in the way in which you handled the sale, and the purchaser who was somewhat an interesting person to deal with. The price you obtained on our behalf was well above the expectations of other local real estate vendors and we were highly impressed with your frequent updates and communication skills. We now know from first hand experience why you are so highly regarded in the profession. Cheers and thank you again! Emil Koro & Vivianne Sawford.

I had the good fortune to choose Adele from Richardson & Wrench to sell my home in Medlow Bath. I would like to thank her for the help, support and her kindness during this time. Your help made it easier for me. Adele could not have been any more enthusiastic and helpful if it were her own home she was selling. She was always willing to listen and answer any calls or question I may have had. Her knowledge of what is happening in the upper Blue Mountains is second to none. I am grateful for the help she has given me and would always recommend her and her staff, to anyone who is looking to buy or sell their property. Best wishes to Adele and the staff of Richardson & Wrench.

Thank you Adele for supporting me in the lead up to the sale. Everything went really well and I hope the buyer is as pleased as I am with the sale of my dear wee house. Best wishes from Rose O'MALLEY IN BLACKHEATH.

We found Adele to be professional and polite yet also friendly and approachable. She exhibited a knowledge of Blue Mountains real estate due to her long experience in this area. Although it is clearly her role to achieve a sale, she maintained communications in an informative and helpful manner keeping any perception of sales-pressure to a minimum. This is despite the circumstances of this particular sale where the purchase process was initially slow-moving due to various factors and subsequently quite delayed due to a valuation of $100K under the offer price. This factor was of significant concern to all parties, creating tensions and, for Adele, some opposing forces to manage if a sale was to be achieved. Although this underlying tension was evident, Adele communicated in a controlled and professional manner and attempted to manage this situation as a respectful intermediary between vendor and purchaser. Overall, I thought Adele handled the situation very well and agreement and sale was finally reached. We would recommend Adele to prospective Vendors and Purchasers.
