We recommend Adele Colman. During the purchase of our property we found Adele to be both knowledgeable and reassuring as well as down to earth. There was one occasion that Adele met us when we know she had a lunch at home arranged later on her day off because that was the only day Connie and I were able to be there. Adele also gave us very good advice on who to contact for additional services including a pest and building inspector (whom we would now also highly recommend). Buying (or selling) a property is a big thing with important decisions, and can be stressful. A good agent can make a very big difference. We do highly recommend Adele.

We found Adele to be professional and polite yet also friendly and approachable. She exhibited a knowledge of Blue Mountains real estate due to her long experience in this area. Although it is clearly her role to achieve a sale, she maintained communications in an informative and helpful manner keeping any perception of sales-pressure to a minimum. This is despite the circumstances of this particular sale where the purchase process was initially slow-moving due to various factors and subsequently quite delayed due to a valuation of $100K under the offer price. This factor was of significant concern to all parties, creating tensions and, for Adele, some opposing forces to manage if a sale was to be achieved. Although this underlying tension was evident, Adele communicated in a controlled and professional manner and attempted to manage this situation as a respectful intermediary between vendor and purchaser. Overall, I thought Adele handled the situation very well and agreement and sale was finally reached. We would recommend Adele to prospective Vendors and Purchasers.
