Great Agent
We had our rental house at 3 Wattle Way Caboolture looked after by R&W Real Estate for the past 10 years. We found them to be extremely helpful with the business side of renting. Excellent Agent
Right from the start Scott and the team ensured that they provided us with all the necessary details for our house purchase, and went above and beyond to assist us. Scott was professional and always polite. Always returned calls in a timely manor, even after business hours. We felt the negotiation process conducted by Scott was professional, with a relaxed attitude. The process was also executed speedily, however, never pushed us into anything. Couldn't be happier
Scott and the team at R&W Caboolture have been part of our lives over the last 10 or so years. We originally purchased the property from them and then entrusted them to manage it on our behalf. of course there has been issues with tenants not paying, to stealing an air conditioner that was installed, but nothing has every been a pain or to much trouble for the R&W Caboolture team.s So more than 10 yrs on who else would we ask to sell the property on our behalf but Scott. During this time Scott was always communicating with us over every single detail. From the make goods to the final sale. Thanks team it has been fun, and will make sure the next time we are up in Gods Country we will swing by and say hello. The BEST agent we have met!
We have been wanting to sell our investment property since 2015 but waiting for the market to improve. Our daughter who met Scott at a real estate training event in July, 2016 found him very approachable. The way Scott appraised, marketed our property and negotiated the contract is world class. Even though we have never met him in person (we are currently overseas), we felt he is the BEST agent we have met. We would recommend him to anyone selling in Caboolture and surrounding areas.
