When I approached Scott, R & W Caboolture, to sell my house I was won over by his genuine nature. What I really liked was that he was honest and set realistic expectations with his sale price appraisal. The buyers' floodgate opened when the property hit the market and Scott was in touch with me at least once a day to let me know what was going on and the most effective way to handle the frenzy. Scott achieved a fantastic sale price for us and we couldn't be happier. I also liked that he respectfully took care of my tenants during the open home viewing. We found linda to be very easy to deal with. Her professionalism and experience certainly shows when everything was dealt with professionally and without any problems. We found a lot of agents didn't want to deal with a Victorian family moving to ald during covid times where a normal inspection would have happened. Linda organised video links and it felt as we had done a real walk through inspection.
