Scott's initial presentation to us about selling our home was professional, clearly stated and backed up with up to date knowledge of the current market situation. We initially sold very quickly but that came to nothing when a link in the sales chain came unstuck due to circumstances over which Scott had no control. He encouraged us to hang in over the quiet Christmas / New Year period and then re launched the house in mid January. Right from the start I felt we got a fair appraisal and Scott and his team were enthusiastic. We listed exclusively with R&W and we were delighted with the experience. Being local was a bonus.
