Selling house made easy
Living overseas and trying to sell a house in the middle of a worldwide pandemic will always be difficult, but not with Jarrod. He made it so painless, and communication was a breeze. We have been communicating for several months, and when the house was ready to be listed, we were kept up to date with the progress and processes. The photos and online listing were professionally done, and this was reflected in the speedy and positive outcome for us with a contract being signed only 3 days after the house going online. Could not be more happier with the way Jarrod handled our sale and would totally recommend him and his team to anyone wanting to sell.

Highly personal experience
Linda made selling our home so easy, it was like dealing with an old friend. After buying our first home through her over two years ago, she always sent us a card on our buying anniversary. It was small touches like that which made choosing to go with Linda so easy. She was always ready to answer any questions regardless of what time we asked them. She was willing to work with us and go with what we wanted, which made us feel like we were in control of selling our home. Linda is amazing to work with, its the hug hello, the mentos on the hall table as she leaves, the hand written cards and smile every time she sees us which made both our buying and selling experience one to remember. Positive and reassuring throughout process
Jarrod was supportive and understanding of reasons why we needed the properties to be sold. In a very difficult time during COVID 2020, he persisted to find buyers for our investment properties. He was actively engaged and continued to keep in contact to let us know what was going on. We have had previous experiences where the agent just let the websites market our property and after a few months were told to lower the value without any contact accept an email which made us question what we were paying for. This was not the case with Jarrod. I would recommend Jarrod to any sellers for his professionalism and expertise to make the sales of the properties as seamless as possible.

Outstanding!
Highly reccomened Scott, Jarrod and his team at R&W Caboolture. What I really liked about Scott was his down to earth, realistic and professional attitude towards the sale of my property without the pushy unrealistic sales price etc that you can experience with other agents. This obviously was reflected towards the buyers of my unit as it was sold within 3 weeks! Scott went above and beyond maintaining constant communication and updating me with the relevant information both during and after business hours. Selling and buying property can be a very stressful experience but with an agent like Scott made the experience alot easier!
