Surprisingly this proved to be a difficult house to sell. It was a good quality small home, fully fenced on a corner block but too good to be a "cheapie" and not quite big enough to be a "family home". Consequently it took a good deal of persistence, many open houses and plain hard work by Scott and his team to achieve a sale. Communication was excellent throughout with never a thought of just dropping the price to buy a sale. Very pleased.
