He’s an enthusiastic and well spoken communicator who has a great knowledge of real estate and current market conditions. His sales and marketing plans were very appealing and it resulted in us only being on the market for a week before our house was under offer. Evdon worked hard to get the most value out of our house and exceeded our expectations, which allowed us to spend a little more on our purchase to get exactly what we wanted.
