Excellent
Evdon went the extra mile for us to secure the best price for our house. I can recommend Evdon to anyone wanting sell their home. He is very experienced and will work hard to insure you get the best offer. We sold our home only after 2 viewings which in itself was fantastic as we didn’t have to keep leaving the house for inspections.

I would highly recommend Evdon to anyone. We had some difficult moments in selling the house, that I'm not sure any other realtor would have had the patience to deal with us on these issues and walk us through them as methodical and calm as he did. He has always answered every call or email no matter what time of day or night it was. I put my trust in Evdon and it paid off.
