I worked out a fair price for my unit and Evdon with his knowledge agreed. This price was worked out before lockdown, but to his credit Evdon pushed on having to overcome quite a few hurdles with the tenant and viewings. Did all the negotiations on his own, keeping me well informed, but managed to close the sale before Freedom day. I will use him again and recommend him to all.
