Jeff is a fantastic agent, he was prompt, kept me regularly updated without me having to ask and he had a marketing strategy for our property which was targeted, easy to understand from my point of view and evidently worked very well. We had a very successful sale with multiple offers the day after we listed. Our property was under contract only 2 days after listing, meeting our highest expectations.
