My sister and I had to sell our mothers house in a short period of time. We selected One Agency and was extremely happy with our agents, Jeff Thompson and Evdon Brentham. Both gentlemen were extremely professional, friendly and empathetic. We approached them in March and had the house sold mid April with an excellent outcome; better than we ever imagined. Evdon is a trustworthy and reliable real estate expert whom I have never seen in person so far as I have been in overseas for months. He was introduced by Marvel Realty. He had done great work before listing, and only about 10 days after we signed the agency agreement, we found buyer ! During the cooling period time Evdon tried his best to help us to get document in need for each party (Selling / Purchasing). I recommend Mr Evdon Brentham of One Agency for you to chose!
